We defend those accused of indictable, summary and hybrid offences such as assault, fraud, kidnapping, driving under the influence, theft, break and enter, drug related offences, forced confinement and sex related offences. We also conduct bail hearings.
IMMIGRATION
We conduct immigration and refugee hearing, admissibility hearing, deportation hearing, detention review, Federal Court Appeals and judicial review.
